The interior was spacious, white, clean, and stylish. The manager consulted with me in a relaxed way, but the eyes were a bit too pulled-in and the surgically altered look was very obvious, so it feels like a slight minus for the clinic’s image. They said there would be a discount if I made a same-day reservation, so I hesitated for a moment; when I said I wouldn’t do it, they looked disappointed. I consulted with the chief surgeon, and he spoke in a calm, gentle tone. He tends to listen actively to patients’ opinions. Because it was peak season, the consultation time wasn’t long. I hadn’t read reviews before going, so when I asked the manager to show them to me, she seemed a little annoyed, but she did show them. Still, there weren’t many reviews, and unfortunately the eye-related reviews I saw were all not to my taste, so I left without making a same-day reservation.
