And the branch manager, if I put it nicely, had a friendly tone mixed with half-polite speech, but if I put it badly, he was also unfriendly...ㅎ The discount rate for same-day booking was very large, but when I said I wouldn't do it, I could feel his attitude change a bit. It seemed like the biggest hospital among the ones I visited for consultations, but the satisfaction level was... yeah..
