I went for a consultation for my first eye and nose surgery, and I said I wanted an epicanthoplasty, but they objectively recommended doing only a small amount. They also kindly explained the pros and cons of autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, and didn’t seem to recommend them excessively, which I really liked. And the way they spoke was no joke, lol. The director was kind too. There was a slight push to book, but it was absolutely not forced, just a moderate kind of suggestion. But I had heard the price was high before going, and yes, it really is expensive.
