I waited more than 2 hours for the consultation and just left. If you're going to take reservations like that, why even make reservations? I'm curious how low the staff's intelligence is. Sitting on that cheap chair just made my back hurt like crazy. If you want to be held captive in a white room for over an hour, go ahead.
