I had a consultation with Director Lee Kyung-muk. He listened carefully to what I had to say and guided me kindly. The hospital is fairly large, and even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait. After the consultation, in the talk with the coordinator, I was pressured to make a same-day reservation, which was a bit disappointing, and I was also asked to write a review after the surgery, which was a little disappointing.
