I’ll include my first consultation experience as well. First, during the initial consultation, the director pointed out very clearly and concisely exactly what needed improvement, and while it was similar to the other hospital I had previously consulted with, they added a few more points. They answered the questions I asked professionally, but their tone and overall manner were not especially friendly. Later, in the conversation with the manager, I got a slightly sales-driven feeling, but we communicated well and ended the first consultation on a positive note. At the pre-op meeting with the director right before surgery, there was no discussion at all about design, which I had naturally expected, and it felt like they were pressing me to get the surgery done quickly. But I felt I absolutely needed to discuss the design, so the day before surgery I showed them photos of celebrities' noses saved on my phone and asked them to make it in that kind of style, and the surgery went well. It was a bit disappointing that there was no consultation about the design before surgery, but I liked how confident they were about the operation and how thoroughly and sincerely they answered the various questions I asked before and after surgery.
