I went for a consultation back in the Jo and Shin days. I went prepared to wait a long time, but maybe because it was morning, I got seen fairly quickly. The doctor spoke clearly, saying things like, if you want this part, then we'll do it like this and that to match what you want. The deposit recommendation was about the same as other hospitals, but it felt like they emphasized the review-event quite a lot.
