I had under-eye fat repositioning two years ago, but in the end there was no major change. I'm glad there were no side effects, but it's disappointing that the tear trough removal and dark-circle improvement I wanted were not achieved. The director seems to be very cautious and to pursue safe surgery. But if you want a dramatic change, in my case I didn't see noticeable results.
