I really don't understand how they let appointments get booked up like this. I went several times to check my progress, and every time I went I had to wait forever. The consultation was over in 3 minutes. A really careless explanation. Once you pay, the manager's attitude changes completely. There are a lot of complaints because of the hospital wait times, so everyone seems irritated and exhausted. I got angry myself while waiting. My surgery is already done so I have no reason to go back, but I never want to go again. It's not just the doctors' time that matters. I paid my own money and I don't think treating people like this is right. The time of the people who visit is valuable too.
