I had a consultation with Dr. Lee. I liked that he seemed confident about surgery. I wouldn't say he was kind, but he wasn't rude either, and he spoke his mind clearly. He felt like a tsundere type, like he wouldn't do things for you, but if you ask, he does everything. However, I visited several places, and the manager's experience here was the worst by far. They pushed for a same-day booking hard, and when I didn't book that day, their expression changed completely and they didn't even give me a business card. I went there for a consultation, and it was my first time not getting a business card;; They probably thought I was just there to test the waters. They can think that in their head, but showing it so obviously is a bit much... Honestly, up until then I was torn between this place and one other top choice, but if complications happen or I feel disappointed later, I thought maybe this kind of attitude would show up then too, and in a way I was glad I could rule it out. Compared with the excellent doctor, the manager's response was truly disappointing.
