At first I went in for a consultation about nostril width, but I wanted surgery on my whole nose, so I had a rhinoplasty consultation. Looking at my forehead and chin, they said that if I raised my nose, my face would not look harmonious, so they recommended doing only the nostrils... so I felt disappointed.
