Like in other people’s reviews, this director rushed straight into the operating room on the day of surgery without a detailed consultation, all in a hurry + they seem to use Alloderm often. I wasn’t even given a heads-up before surgery, but they put Alloderm in my nose, and it turned out there were many people like me. // Separate from the surgery, the manager didn’t mention anything during the consultation, then the day before surgery told me to withdraw the surgery fee in cash! + The waits are enormous. I waited 2 hours and 50 minutes for the consultation, and 2 hours and 40 minutes for the one-month follow-up. The other surgeries and treatments didn’t involve such long waits, and the staff member who handled the stitches and the staff member who did the simple aftercare were both really kind!
