I had an inner canthoplasty two years ago, and since I was spending the money anyway, I remember asking them to open up the eye shape a lot so it would actually change properly. The result is just moderately satisfying. Now that time has passed, there is some scarring too, but since I wanted a lot of widening, I don't have any major complaints.
