I thought the dark circles under my eyes.. would go away if I managed them with lifting, but that wasn’t the case. After getting a consultation, they said it was because fat was bulging out, and that lifting is only effective in a very small number of cases, so it’s difficult. For under-eyes, I got consultations at two places including here, and the prices are similar, so I’m torn.
