lol the manager is legendary. When I said I wasn’t going to book on the spot and wanted to think about it more, they asked why, and I said I needed more time to decide before making such a big decision. Then they said the price might go up a bit instead and told me just to keep that in mind, said yes right away, and just walked out without even giving me a business card. They had been super kind before that! Just because of the manager, I don’t think I’d do it here. The front desk staff, not the manager, were nice though. Also, what I don’t get is that usually the price changes because of discounts, right? Usually each item has a set price, doesn’t it?? But here they said the price changes. And when I asked to see before-and-after photos, they told me to check the website lol. Also, even though I had a reservation, the wait was insanely long. The whole place felt really chaotic too. It was also the first time I’d been somewhere where the consultation manager herself lifted my nose with a cotton swab and talked like a doctor. She was making the diagnosis herself.. In the end, the flaw? the manager pointed out and the flaw the director pointed out were different^^
