I liked that Director Lee Kyung-mook tells you clearly when something can't be done. I'm hesitant because they seem to want to use donated rib cartilage whenever possible. The price is reasonable compared to other clinics. They said not to do nostril reduction. If donated rib cartilage is used, they said there would be an extra 1.3 million won. They also said not to do alar rim correction because it would leave scars. Instead, they said they would remove some foreign material from the nasal tip and make it slimmer. I like donated rib cartilage, so that bothers me.
