It seemed like I didn’t wait even 20 minutes. The chief manager was very kind and communication went smoothly (I had a slight previous appointment). The director was very enthusiastic and confident, which made me trust him, and I was grateful that he clearly said what could and could not be done. He also explained well why certain things weren’t possible. Still, even if they charged a consultation fee, I think it would be better if the consultation were done with more evidence-based materials. The main materials are septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone, but it felt like they would open the nose, look at how much septal cartilage there was, and then adjust the amount and height of the ear cartilage... Hmm? That was the slight feeling I got. It seems the director has his own philosophy about nasal design, like “for this face, this nose suits it best,” and I think when planning the surgery design, I should have been more enthusiastic in discussing it. Just from the director’s reputation alone, he’s worth putting on the final candidate list, so I’m still thinking about it.
