The hospital itself is big and nice, but the consultation wait time is a bit long. In the case of the chief surgeon, consultations are not available this year, but they said I could consult with another surgeon and still reserve surgery with the chief surgeon, so I put down a deposit. It didn’t feel pushy or anything like that, but since I couldn’t meet the surgeon in person, my level of trust dropped.
