I had been looking into lower eyelid fat repositioning for a long time, and this place was the most well-known and seemed to have a long track record, so I had the surgery here (it’s been about a month now). First, to write about the surgical progress: by my standards, it went very well. I wanted to improve the part where the shape created a shadow under my eyes, my dark circles looked severe, and the under-eye area didn’t look clean. So once that was gone, my expectations for the surgery were very high. >>But as the clinic also said, the dark circles caused by pigmentation remain<< The surgery took about 40 minutes. 1. The recovery room was a private room, so I was glad they said my guardian could wait there. They also said I could keep resting in the recovery room until I felt better, so I was able to relax there for about an hour. 2. Most of all, the eye blood vessels bursting and bruising that I was most worried about after surgery were not bad at all. There were no burst blood vessels at all, and no bleeding either. The bruising was only a yellow bruise, maybe? There was no discomfort after the surgery, and normal daily life was possible, but if you have to go to work, you probably need about 2 weeks. 3. Right before the surgery, I had some questions during the consultation, and they answered professionally, which built trust. Cons 1. There is no aftercare > During the consultation, they said if I wanted, I could come in and get unlimited swelling laser treatment, but since I live outside the area I couldn’t go. The stitches were dissolvable, so there was no need to visit the hospital afterward anyway (they said to come only for follow-up checks). 2. Reservations are hard to get > Especially for the director, consultation reservations took almost 5 months. That seems like the biggest downside? 3. The dark circles do not disappear completely > They also made this clear during the consultation, so... 4. It is on the expensive side compared with other hospitals. Anyway, I’m satisfied with the surgical result.
