The person who did the consultation already looked completely professional. They took one look and told me what the problem was and what surgery method would probably be used. Then the doctor consulted with me, and they explained everything in such detail and pointed out the issues too. They were so kind as well. I would even pay if they asked for a consultation fee, so I actually feel bad that they didn't take one.
