Frustrating. I went because I personally felt my nose looked bad aesthetically, but the moment they saw it, they said, "It looks fine~" and asked if I wanted to go back to my pre-op bulbous nose... I had surgery because I hated that, and it ended up becoming an overly pointy, high nose, so it was really absurd to talk as if I had to choose between those two options. They suggested either full removal, or replacing the silicone and lowering the tip, and then the consultation director who came in afterward mixed it up and said the direction was to remove everything, replace the silicone, and lower the tip... I guess that part could have been confusing, but saying my current nose is pretty makes me think our aesthetic senses are just different.
