I had watched the director's YouTube so much before going that it felt like I was seeing a celebrity. He speaks bluntly and has a tsundere style, so he isn't really kind. He only answers the questions I ask and doesn't say things with a lot of certainty, so I felt a bit uneasy. The manager understood exactly what I meant and tried to help me; she was kind.
