My trust dropped because they were consulting without even taking a CT. The clinic director kept saying CT was just showmanship.. But when I showed them a CT I had taken elsewhere and explained the side-effect situation, they told the doctor to look at this and explain it. Even before surgery, they said they would proceed without taking a CT. The waiting times in between were sooo long that I was waiting alone while reading a book. The doctor suggested a plan in a mechanical tone, with a very casual attitude. The director was so high-energy that it felt 부담스러운, and the doctor looked so tired that it was hard to ask questions. The director praised the doctor as a responsible doctor with a sense of mission, but the more I listened, the more I felt like everything was being brushed off as doable, and my trust kept dropping. What finally decided it for me was that other places said my septum was too small to use, but here they said my septum looked large enough, so they would use the septum to build the tip of my nose. Even without looking at a CT, they thought they could see the septum, which I found strange. It gave off a factory-like feeling, and the doctor looked careless, so I decided in the end not to do it because I didn't want to entrust my nose to them.
