I knew it was famous back when it was Joan Shin, so I went in for a consultation with high expectations. I wanted to see Dr. Shin, but the wait was... pushed back by several months, so I consulted with the doctor who could see me as soon as possible. I liked that they diagnosed my condition accurately and told me objectively how much it could improve.
