I had a consultation, but it didn’t feel very substantial. I couldn’t really understand the explanation, and it ended in just 5 minutes. Rather than a detailed explanation, it felt like the director already had a specific face in mind. The director and the head manager were kind, and I’m very torn about having surgery, but if I do go ahead with it, I’ll leave a review.
