The director was definitely kind. He also listened well to the kind of result I wanted! But before I even met the director, the consultant gave me a diagnosis, and I was a little puzzled by that... haha. It didn’t exactly make me feel good. Still, the director was kind and also told me clearly what could not be done, so I did gain some trust.
