The waiting time after the scheduled appointment was quite long. I remember it being over 2 hours after everything was finished. I’m not sure if that’s a trait of large hospitals, but the staff were kind, yet from a patient’s perspective the division of roles didn’t feel very smooth. The director wasn’t excessively kind, but he explained the surgery and materials clearly and cleanly, only as much as needed. He also said it’s better not to do unnecessary procedures that don’t suit your face.
