I had to wait a bit because the consultation appointments were backed up. On the day of my booking too, I waited 20 to 30 minutes past the appointment time and then had the manager consultation first. But the manager’s way of speaking was like a kind of pressuring, insulting tone I’d never felt at places I’ve been to before. While consulting, I kept thinking, does this person hate me? Do they not want to consult with me? Thankfully, the doctor explained things well in detail and was kind. After hearing the doctor, I wanted to have the surgery. But then, because of the manager’s bully-like tone and the fact that I’d only get a discount if I booked the same day, when I said today would probably be hard, my word! She said okay, then stormed out of the consultation room and walked briskly and haughtily over to the desk by herself. I didn’t even have time to greet her, so I wondered if I should just go that way, asked from a distance whether I should leave, said goodbye, and left. Still, because of the manager’s attitude, I couldn’t bring myself to have surgery there. If a problem comes up later, I can already imagine the attitude... It was the worst consultation. The time I waited felt wasted.
