I liked that Director Lee Kyung-muk spoke honestly during the consultation. He only talked about exactly what needed to be done, which made him feel trustworthy. The consultation director was also very kind and honest, which I liked. The hospital facilities were good and felt systematically well organized, and the other staff also handled everything smoothly without being flustered.
