The facilities were good and I went in without much waiting The director seemed tired during the consultation and said things like, 'I'll do whatever you want, so don't complain about it later,' which made the professionalism feel lacking. It was very different from the reviews I saw online. And when I said I didn't want silicone, they said the price wouldn't change whether I put it in or not.
