I went there with very high expectations because of YouTube. The first time from entering the consultation room to meeting the manager took 1 hour and 10 minutes. I met the doctor 20 minutes after the manager consultation. The consultation itself was very good. Then there was more endless waiting, and by the time I received the total quote, I had already been at the clinic for over 2 hours and 20 minutes. I lost trust and booked surgery somewhere else. If you’re going for a consultation, I think you need to leave a lot of time.
