When I first went, the manager was extremely kind, whereas Director Lee Kyung-mook looked tired, probably because he had done many consultations and surgeries. After the CT, I talked a bit with the manager, then with the director, and he seemed firm and to have clear standards of his own. He told me exactly that my nose had its limits and briefly said he would do it like this and like that, so the consultation ended. He gave the impression of being very confident.
