I booked a consultation for January, but they said they were fully booked and that I could do a photo consultation instead. I sent the photos and they said they'd pass them on to the person in charge, but after a long time that person asked me to send the same things again. If you're considering surgery, it seems better to go for a consultation as early as possible.
