The doctor was good, the facilities were good, and there wasn’t much waiting, so I thought, ‘This feels systematic,’ and decided I should have surgery here. But the consultation coordinator is not answering. Just from the doctor alone, this would be number one, but the coordinator really, really isn’t getting back to me at all, so it feels like scheduling surgery or post-op care or anything like that would be impossible. I’m looking into another place now.
