My goal is a refined-looking nose that goes straight from the bridge and then drops with a rounded tip. I hate anything excessive, and I don't want a place that only focuses on raising the side profile of the nose; I want somewhere that looks at the columella and the nasolabial angle. I'm checking reviews and going to consultations at places that are good at drawing a clean line. I visited DA because the reviews matched my aesthetic exactly. The hospital is huge and there were a lot of people. The chief manager was kind, but I'm the type who doesn't care much about anyone except the surgeon who will actually operate on my eyes, so I focused only on the surgeon consultation. I had the consultation with the doctor, and the doctor was the meticulous, detailed type, which suited me well. 1. Compared the photos I brought with my original nose bridge and drew the nose line while explaining the expected line and surgical method (I understood it well) 2. Even if I interrupted or went on talking, the doctor never seemed to lose focus 3. It wasn't just 'we can definitely do it'; the doctor explained the limitations and why there were limitations. Because the doctor always explained why something couldn't be done, I didn't end up thinking, 'Huh, why can't it?' Instead, I could accept the limits of my nose with, 'Okay, okay.' Those three things were the best part, and I was happy with the consultation. It's a large hospital, but I personally think the surgeon who directly handles my nose matters most, regardless of hospital size, so I focused on that doctor.
