I went after seeing several reviews saying the director was unfriendly(?), but it was just that they weren’t the type to empathize a lot. They answered all my questions and explained clearly why things couldn’t be done, and they were kind overall (just not the sweet, gentle kind of kindness). The manager felt the same, and so did everyone else, so someone who is more F-type might find them unfriendly, but they didn’t give off a vibe of being rude or annoyed by consultations. If anything, I liked that the manager and the director were the type to firmly say what could and couldn’t be done. They didn’t force me to write a review, just said that if I really liked the surgery, they would appreciate a review, which I liked even more, but the actual before-and-after surgery photos were different from the feeling I wanted, so I canceled my reservation. They refunded the deposit quickly without any extra contact. I didn’t actually have the surgery myself, so I can’t say for sure, but I do recommend at least going in for a consultation once.
