I also got consultations at other places, and among them this was the least friendly! But there were a lot of reviews saying they were blunt, so I just let it pass, and the consultant was extremely kind, which made me trust them a lot. I didn't feel strongly drawn to anything, so I'll have the surgery somewhere else.
