I consulted Dr. Noh Sang-hoon about under-eye fat repositioning. I had the under-eye filler dissolved because of asymmetry on both sides, sagging, and a bluish discoloration side effect. He recommended fat grafting, but I was 부담스러워 about putting more things in, so he said that for cosmetic purposes there was absolutely no need to overdo it. Another clinic recommended lower blepharoplasty, but he said I don't need it in my current state, and that under-eye fat repositioning only lasts about 3 years anyway, so as I get older I would end up needing lower blepharoplasty eventually, and if skin is excised now there won't be enough left to remove later. He said the aegyo-sal when smiling is muscle, so it doesn't disappear. All the staff were kind. I got a discount for same-day booking, so I went ahead and made a reservation for now.
