First of all, I liked that there wasn’t much waiting. It felt like they only took on as many patients as they could handle? The manager who handled the consultation was nice too, and above all I liked that the consultation wasn’t run around the manager. I consulted with Director Kim Dahan, and he explained everything in detail starting from the eye structure, with no pushy recommendations, which I liked.
