The manager came in first, then the director, and that was how the consultation went. The manager asked what surgical method I wanted, what I felt uncomfortable with, and whether I had any reference photos. The director looked at my eyes a few times, said ptosis correction would be good, and if not, then fine, and didn’t really say anything specific about canthoplasty either. It’s not that I have a lot of fat, but my skin is thick. But because my inner double eyelids are quite pronounced, the higher the line is set, I was told I should keep in mind that the back double fold could become a double fold. They recommended setting the line lower.
