I had a consultation with the chief director, but first of all he seemed way too tired. It felt like he wanted to finish quickly. And he didn’t like his own donated rib cartilage very much; if he were to do it, it would be autologous rib cartilage, but I went in thinking ear cartilage was best, so the atmosphere around donated rib cartilage made me feel like it just wasn’t a good fit for me. There were really a lot of people there too. Please note that the chief director doesn’t apply the discount!
