I consulted with the doctor first, and then the manager came in later, so it felt somehow more professional. They tried to identify the problem very precisely. I brought a few before-and-after photos, and they tried to talk as much as possible about what could be done surgically. They honestly said unnecessary surgery wasn’t needed.
