I went because the reviews were decent, but I ended up waiting about 50 minutes. They had already told me over the phone that the wait would be long, so I knew, but there was no apology, and the attitude of the counseling manager was just rude, which annoyed me. It seemed like they had no remorse for making people wait that long, and I even pictured how they’d act if a surgery went wrong. I was so annoyed while waiting that I wanted to leave, but I stayed because I felt like it would be a waste to have waited already. So annoying. That counseling manager was the worst. Just a short woman who looked to be in her mid-30s.
