I remember having surgery twice, in 2017 and 2019. It was called something like magic cheekbones, and they removed fat from several areas including the cheekbones, jawline, and buccal fat pads. They advertised it as having no swelling, and there really was no swelling from the day of surgery until the next day, which was amazing, but swelling did appear after that. I was in my early-to-mid 20s at the time of surgery, so after my baby fat went away later, I ended up looking into fat grafting and fillers insteadㅜㅜ The surgery itself was just so-so, I think. Maybe my face didn't have that much to remove in the first place.
