About 10 years ago, I had liposuction on the zygomatic fat pads, and after the surgery there was a slight uneven step, so I reduced it as much as possible through several procedures (lasers). I've been living with the mindset that this was probably the best possible outcome at the time. I'm grateful they made it so I didn't have to undergo bone surgery. I recently enjoyed watching the doctor's interview on YouTube about his house, etc.
