The director took a very careful look at the line from the start. Other hospitals often just glance and say what they want to say, then that's it, but here I could feel how thoroughly they looked at it, which I liked, and I could tell they had a lot of experience. I asked first about things like ptosis correction and canthoplasty, and I liked that they explained in detail why they weren't needed.
