When I applied for a consultation reservation, they called to confirm it and said both the before and after consultation schedules were fully booked, so I should not be late. So I arrived 30 minutes earlier than my appointment and waited 30 minutes. Then I went into the consultation room with the consultation manager at the reserved time. The doctor still didn't show up after 40 minutes. I got angry and left without the consultation. If that's how it is, why on earth do they even take reservations?
