I got a second eye revision with natural adhesion + inner canthoplasty, and it's been 1 year now. I had severe asymmetry, so I had revision surgery; it didn't improve completely, but compared with before, they made the line pretty nicely. The inner canthoplasty scar is almost nonexistent, and the line came out naturally in the exact shape I wanted, so I'm satisfied.
