The worst during consultation. When the manager consulted me, she didn’t even look at my face or try to listen properly; she just kept feverishly writing everything down with a pencil and only looked at the paper. No communication at all. When I said the doctor was in the middle of consultations, she started with, “So I’m not the one getting consulted?” Even when I asked questions, she was insincere and only kept saying she’d have to open both sides to know. They post event ads and discount promotions on Instagram. After the consultation, the manager even sent me a text with my name misspelled ㅋㅋ Her attitude made it seem like she was that indifferent and unconcerned.
