First of all, the facility was clean, and they gave drinks so waiting wasn't hard. Both the staff member who handled the consultation and the director were extremely kind. They listened to the eye shape I wanted and told me which surgeries would and would not be needed to achieve that shape. I feel reassured because they seem like they would take good care of aftercare, but then after consulting other clinics later, the opinions were so divided that I'm torn.
